By submitting your story to StoryAidHelp, you agree to the following terms regarding the use, editing, and publishing of your content. We believe in transparency and respect your personal experiences. These terms ensure we can responsibly share your story while protecting your privacy and rights.
1. Use of Submitted Content
You grant StoryAidHelp the non-exclusive right to use, edit, publish, and distribute your submitted story—whether written, audio, or video—on our platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, podcasts, website, and social media.
2. Editing & Formatting
We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, formatting, and presentation. You will have the opportunity to review your final version before it is made public. If you choose to remain anonymous, we will ensure your identity is not shared.
3. Consent to Share Publicly
By submitting your story, you confirm that you understand it may be shared publicly. While we can accommodate requests for anonymity or alternative presentation (e.g., text-only video), you understand that the core content of your story may still be published to a wide audience.
4. Copyright & Ownership
You retain ownership of your story. However, you grant StoryAidHelp a royalty-free, worldwide license to use and distribute the material. You may request removal of your story from our platforms at any time by contacting us directly.
5. No Compensation
You acknowledge that submitting your story is voluntary and that you will not receive financial compensation for your contribution. Your participation is solely for advocacy, awareness, and community support.
6. Respect & Wellbeing
StoryAidHelp commits to treating your story with respect, care, and purpose. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, you may contact us to discuss revisions, concerns, or full withdrawal of your submission.
7. Agreement Confirmation
Submitting your story via our website or email constitutes your acceptance of these terms. You also agree to our general Terms of Service in addition to this consent form.
