Message from the Founder

Yesterday, July 22nd, 2025, marked three years since I started StoryAidHelp. For me, this project has always been deeply personal. Like many of you, I struggled with mental health, often feeling alone in that battle. Over these three years, StoryAidHelp became a place where people like me could find understanding, encouragement, and most importantly, know that they are not alone.

From day one, every part of StoryAidHelp was to encourage others, like me, who are struggling with mental health to reach out and get support.

As I reflect on these past three years, I’ve decided it’s time for me to step back from leading StoryAidHelp in the same way. It’s not an easy decision because this project has been my heart and soul. But I believe change is necessary for growth, and for me, that means finding a new way to support this mission.

While I may be stepping back, StoryAidHelp isn’t going anywhere. I will continue to keep the site alive and well, updating it with new quotes and content whenever I can, so it remains a source of hope and comfort for anyone who visits.

Mental health will always be my number one priority — after all, it’s been a part of my journey for over a decade. Even though my role is changing, my commitment to this cause will never fade.

If you’re struggling or just need someone to reach out to, please don’t hesitate. That’s why I and many others are here — to remind you that you are never truly alone.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. I’m grateful for every one of you and look forward to continuing this mission — just in a new way.

With all my heart,

David Artz
